Return & Refund Policy

We strive to deliver premium quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • The product must be in original condition
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must pass our quality inspection after we receive it

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Products purchased during clearance or special sale (if marked non-returnable)
  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags

3. Refund Conditions

A refund will be issued only if:

  • The returned product meets all return eligibility conditions
  • The product is approved after inspection
  • The return is initiated within the allowed return period

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The product shows signs of use, washing, or damage
  • The return request is made after 7 days of delivery
  • The product fails quality inspection

4. Shipping & Delivery Charges

  • Original delivery/shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Delivery charges will be deducted from the refund amount
  • If the order had free shipping, the standard shipping cost will be deducted at the time of refund
  • Return shipping charges must be paid by the customer (unless a defective or wrong product was delivered)

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI

6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Email us at: support@woolnix.com
  • Share clear photos and your order details

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
